Q:  How soon after submitting the “Find Your Elite Agent Now” form can I expect to be contacted?

A:  In most cases, you will be contacted by your hand picked Elite Agent within the next business day.  In some cases, to ensure your are matched with the best agent, a representative from Your Elite Agent may contact you to gather additional information, or to update you with how our selection process of finding you the most qualified agent is going.

Q:  You say that Your Elite Agent is never paid by monthly membership fees collected from your agents.  How is it than you are able to provide a quality free service to your clients?

A:  That is correct; we do not collect any type of membership fee from our partnering agents as this method greatly erodes the quality of service provided by other so called referral services.  In Short, your success is our success.  Until you have a successful transaction, Your Elite Agent doesn’t get paid anything.  This truly aligns Your Elite Agent’s best interest with our client’s best interest in making sure our clients are working with the most successful Realtors.

Q:  I have a promotion code, when can I expect to receive my gift from the promotion code I entered?

A:  All promotion code gifts are sent out within 30 days of a successful transaction between our client, a partnering Realtor, and Your Elite Agent.

Q:   What if I decide I don’t like working with the agent that Your Elite Agent has selected for me?

A:  Although this rarely happens, contact Your Elite Agent as soon as possible so we can address the problem.  We will immediately review your concerns with the agent as well as go to work to find you a different agent whose goal will be to exceed your every expectation.
