You can use that "other" Realtor® you know, but how confident are you that he or she has the required experience, skills and tools that are required in these tough times to help you buy or sell your next property, at the very best price, in the least amount of time?  Most likely they are not included in the top 5% of Realtors® that Your Elite Agent works with.  Just having a license should not be sufficient criteria for selecting your Realtor®; if it is, you will likely be disappointed.
